Apartment is situated on the 4th floor in the building without an elevator and it is all new furnished and equipped with new appliances, air-conditioning, the apartment has fully equipped kitchen, cable TV and WiFi 300 mbit internet included in the price. Towels, sheets are included as well.

The apartment with its 77 square meters with two large separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom will be ready only for you.
 
The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, cutlery, pans, dishes, electric kettle and microwave.

There are also large wardrobes in each of the bedrooms ready for your luggage and clothing. There is also iron and ironing board.
