1. Payment, Cancellations and Alterations of Bookings
All reservations are fully paid in advance. The payment can be done only directly by card or by bank transfer. In case of bank transfer, all payment details will be sent to the guest within a day. If the payment is not paid by guest within 5 working days, the reservation can be canceled by Kovee Apartments. All reservations contain strict cancellation policy and if it is canceled up to 30 days before the day of arrival, no fee will be charged and all money sent back to the guest. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of prepayment is charged and no refund is provided.
Changing the dates of a reservation is subject to availability, following cancellation policy, but no additional costs will be applied.
2. Arrival and Departure Times
Customers must comply with Kovee Apartments rules for checking-in and checking-out. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, apartments are usually ready to check-in from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. An earlier check-in depends on availability.
All apartments must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. By prior arrangement late check outs can be arranged for the date of departure. An additional night’s accommodation will apply to all check-outs after 4:00 PM.
If the keys or parking card are not returned as described in check-out instructions given to the guest will incur the cost of 100EUR for a new door lock and a replacement set.
3. Facilities and Services included in the Price of the Apartment
All apartments are fully furnished and include a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchen utensils. Food or drinks are not provided as part of the product offering. Basic toiletries are supplied to the room and guests are reminded to bring their own. All prices quoted are inclusive of bed linen & towels, cable TV and Internet. Please ensure that all appliances, lighting, heating, hot water, AC etc are turned off unless required. No items may be removed from the apartment.
4. Loss of Guest Property
Kovee Apartments cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any belongings, or for injury sustained by the Guest or members of his/her party during their stay at the apartment except to the extent that such injury or loss or damage to any belongings is caused by the negligence or default of Kovee Apartments.
Kovee Apartments does not provide insurance for personal effects. Vehicles parked in the Kovee Apartments car-parks are done so at the own risk of the guest. We strongly recommend that guests make their own arrangements for travel and motor insurances to cover any such losses.
5. Use of Kovee Apartments
All of the properties of Kovee Apartments are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the accommodation, including balconies.
Kovee Apartments has a strict no-party policy and requires its Guests to comply with the noise law valid in the Old Town of Bratislava in between 10:00pm and 6:00am. Kovee Apartments grants the use of its property solely for appropriate, legal, personal use.
Right to Evict
Kovee Apartments reserves the right to terminate the Guestsˈ stay without any refund obligations in case of a breach of the Terms and Conditions or in case of receiving serious complains about the Guest. Kovee Apartments also reserves the right to refuse to provide an accommodation if on arrival the Guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.
Cleaning of the apartment is not on daily basis, it is done only after guest´s check-out and it is paid (included in the price).
Occupancy
The maximum occupancy of the apartment shall not be exceeded. It is forbidden to invite other people than those registered.
Children under the age of 2 can be accommodated free of charge, using bed arrangement of a registered and paid adult, using the existing bed linen and towels. Accommodation of an extra person is possible, depending on the capacity of the apartment, an additional charge may be applied.
Pets
Domestic pets are NOT allowed.
Right of Entry
Kovee Apartments reserves the right to enter the apartment at any reasonable time for reasonable cause. This includes the undertaking of unforeseen (internal and external) remedial repairs together with any annual external re-decorations for which access to the inside of the apartment may be required.
